The GFF provides a list of pre-approved enrichment programs (https://garwinfamilyfoundation.org/approved-enrichment-programs/). Students, however, may nominate additional enrichment programs of outstanding caliber for consideration by the GFF, using this application. Possible enrichment programs may include summer programs, inter-session programs, or semester-long programs (with approval by CCHS, CHS, HHS, or MHS) that: (1) focus on the arts, the humanities, science, or math; and (2) are highly selective, admitting students based on merit. Online programs are NOT eligible for consideration.

Application to enrichment programs is separate from the GFF application process for the GFF Student Sponsorship Program and is to be made at the student’s expense and as soon as possible. Application to more than one enrichment program within the student's area of interest and expertise is strongly encouraged. The student is solely responsible for complying with the selected enrichment program application deadlines and requirements. No student will be considered by the GFF for the Student Sponsorship Program until the student submits official proof of enrichment program acceptance, including specific course(s)/area of study acceptance within the identified program, to the GFF, as outlined in the instructions. In addition, students must also apply for any enrichment program scholarships or financial aid for which they may be eligible. Proof of program determinations on such awards must be forwarded to the GFF within 5 business days of receipt.
