Aisha Ruperto enhanced her cooking skills and food knowledge base, learned how to fit into the rhythm of a busy restaurant kitchen, and made lasting relationships during her time interning at Tom’s Place. As part of the mentorship-model internship in the culinary arts, Aisha found that her passion for cooking is one that can translate into a satisfying career, despite a hectic pace. She particularly enjoys the creative outlets and comradery that the kitchen has to offer.
