Student Sponsorship Application Form — Part 1

Please complete and submit the preliminary application form below to apply for the 2025 Garwin Family Foundation Student Sponsorship Program for Talented Students in Arts, Sciences and Math. If your preliminary application is approved, we will invite you to submit a second application form with additional information and requirements. The GFF Student Sponsorship Program is currently only being offered to students enrolled at Carbondale Community High School (CCHS), Carterville High School (CHS), Herrin High School (HHS), and Murphysboro High School (MHS).

APPLICATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

Part 1 of the 2025 Application Form will be available on October 1, 2024.
