Arkaprabha Kolay is a Scholar Bowl participant, a member of Global Initiative and Key Club, and has already begun workouts in preparation for competing on the tennis team in the spring semester. A love of mathematics and interacting with others led him to teach a MathCounts class at Carbondale Middle School each week. As a member of the CCHS Math Team, he placed first in two competitions—one second and one fifth, competing as a junior. In his precious free time, he enjoys playing a variety of games.
